A Practical Approach for Delivery of Change

workshop which discusses and explores the tools and techniques from all the various approaches in order to provide the project manager and the team, a firm foundation for choosing the ones that are relevant for the project, and any part of it, and how to use them so providing a framework to work with.


The delegates will take away from the course, a guidance process flow and life-cycle template that can then be adapted into their current work place. Important to note that adherence to the terminology is not the goal here, its about the adaptation of the approach.


This workshop can also be extended to incorporate the PRiSM tool-kit for Sustainability to ensure Sustainable Business Change.

is the process-based approach for project management which provides an easily tailored and scalable method for the management of all types of projects. It is a universally accepted, process-based method for effective project management.



based on the proven fundamentals within DSDM, the certification provides the ability to deliver Agile Projects in organizations requiring standards, rigour and visibility around Project Management, while at the same time enabling the fast pace, change and empowerment provided by Agile.



Programmes are very different from projects, often concentrating on creating sustainable organisational change. Their overall vision normally stretches the organisation and can take years to achieve. Their component projects are very varied and from diverse fields, and not all of these can be executed entirely with an Agile approach.


Within the DSDM Agile Programme Framework you will find capabilities to handle a wide range of project approaches, not exclusively Agile. The Framework itself is very Agile, incorporating iterative and incremental delivery of benefits, just-in-time planning and frequent review.



This courses takes one of the central roles within the AgilePM framework and expands their input and responsibilities with respect to Business Analysis as a Business Architect in general, and Analyst for the project. However, the role is more that of a negotiator and objective overseeing and so not taking a direct involvement in the solution, but does have a key part to play, especially understanding the AS IS---TO BE aspect.


Managing Successful Programmes (MSP)

The “best practice” approach to managing programmes as the “bigger picture” for Transformational Change, over PRINCE2, which is objective focused.


Management of Risk (M_o_R)

This course takes a deeper look at Risk in Projects and Programmes providing a very detailed look at how and Risk needs to be addressed throughout.


Management of Portfolios (MoP)

A framework and guidance for setting up and running Portfolios within an organization to oversee business transformational change delivery through Programmes and Projects with business strategy underpinning the rationale.



An operational product delivery framework based on the Iterative Development approach to delivering change into an operational environment. This approach can also be successfully employed in Projects, as the project framework provides the necessary governance.



Half, One and Two-day seminars are run for any of the above for those who wish to have a more general understanding of the fundamentals of these frameworks the length of each seminar reflecting the level of detail given.
